"After buying and returning 2 very poor examples of Autosleeper motorhomes plagued with electrical problems we had almost given up on motor homing. I was trawling through Autotrader when I came across an Elddis which was beautiful and on the rear was the name "Lucky" Our very first and much loved dog was called Lucky. We contacted Paul Phillips of Motorhome Depot who patiently explained to us what a broker was and how they dealt. As we live 250 miles away there were some logistics to sort out. He sent us hundreds of good photographs and we decided to drive down to see the vehicle. We arrived early and met the owners which was a real bonus. Sometimes when you buy something warning bells ring but at each stage of the buying process everything seemed so right. Paul arrived wearing a Motorhome Depot shirt and showed us round. We never felt hurried or pressured. We loved the motorhome and said so and began arranging collection. Paul was so helpful offering free Caravan Guard insurance for a month and offering to pick me up from the nearest train station. He drove me to the sellers house and conducted the handover explaining how all the van worked. After which I was able to test drive the vehicle. A must! I was happy with everything and we wen to the documentation stage. Paul had everything ready to hand and ticked all the boxes, taxed the van and gave me the keys. I am normally a very anxious buyer but Paul was able to reassure all my concerns. He always replied to calls and emails. He arrived when he promised and did everything he said he would.I drove the motorhome home without a hitch and we have just returned from 5 days at Loch Ness and feel confident in saying "3rd time lucky"
