Welcome to our presentation and sale of the ever popular Auto Trail Tracker FB 2012 model. With just 3 previous owners, with just over 30000 miles completed this vehicle has been kept immaculately. It’s current owner has spent much time and effort keeping the vehicle up to date with both engine service and a new habitation service and report completed in early October, this beautiful van is ready to hit the road and enjoy. The vehicle is located in Whitstable, Kent for viewings by appointment and is 3500kg weight and can be driven on a normal car license.

This is the fixed rear bed model with four berths in total and two 3 point belts. The fixed French bed is located at the rear of the vehicle, there is good storage beneath which is accessible from outside the vehicle via a locker. The washroom is adjacent to the fixed bed and has an enclosed shower cubicle, cassette loo and wash basin, with good lighting and storage, this is a good sized washroom. There is a large full height wardrobe between the bed and kitchen area.

Moving forward the galley is equipped as you would expect with large sink and drainer, lots of prep space, gas hob, oven and grill. Microwave above and opposite full height 3 way fridge with separate freezer above. Again there is plenty of good lighting and storage in this area.

In the lounge area are opposing side facing sofas which can be used as single beds when the driver and passenger seats are swivelled round but also this area converts to a large double bed. With large cupboard space above each side, there is also an occasional round coffee table which can be removed when required. This area also has room for the freestanding dining table which stows away nicely for travel. This area could seat six for dinner if required.

Overall the striking thing about this van is the fantastic condition throughout, it belies it’s age, with removeable carpets throughout which are in perfect condition the vehicle has been professionally valeted and prepared for a new owner to enjoy.
