A lovely example of this 1 owner vehicle from one of Germanies finest Motorhome manufacturers the Burtsner Ixeo T664. Based on the ever popular Fiat Ducato chassis with the 2.3 litre turbo diesel multijet engine and a manual 6 speed gearbox. It comes with a comprehensive mechanical service history including 13 stamps in the book & recent Cam Belt 04/22. Early habitation checks were carried out at Southdowns Motorhomes in Portsmouth. We enter the motorhome on the drivers side via an electric step, to the right of the habitation door is a small double sofa seat with arm rest, below is a drinks cabinet. Opposite is the is the Dinette with two forward facing seats that have 2 x 3 point lap & diagonal belts for travelling passengers. The table is fixed to the wall and has an extending leaf from underneath. The front two seats rotate to join this area so you could easily seat 5/6 people if entertaining on site.
The second double bed is situated above the dinette and drops down manually over the table, it can be accessed with the use of a Hop up step.
Moving rear is the L shaped kitchen which consists of: oblong stainless sink with chrome mixer tap, separate draining board; 3 gas burner hob. There is plenty of cupboard and drawer space above and below for all your holiday provisions. Next to the kitchen is a large hanging wardrobe which incorporates the TV ariel and signal booster box. Opposite is the Dometic Tec Tower which consists of a large absorber fridge with separate freezer compartment & oven & grill above. The fridge can be powered by 240v; 12v or gas depending whether you are plugged in on site or wild camping.
Moving rear again is the main bedroom which is a French bed offset to the drivers side, the bed can lift to gain access to the storage below. There is a TV point at the foot of the bed with a flatscreen Avtex TV behind a tambour door.
To the side of the bedroom is the all in one bathroom. The toilet a cassette style Thetford fresh water flush unit can be separated from the shower with a Perspex doors front and rear it has a wooden duck board and chrome riser with mixer tap. At the front is a corner wash hand basin with chrome mixer tap.
Heating & Hot water are supplied by Truma combination boiler that can be powered by 240v or gas.
