This is an amazing opportunity to own this classic Niesmann + Bischoff Arto 69 presented in fantastic condition for the age. Niesmann + Bischoff motorhomes have become one of the most sort after motorhomes and although this model was registered in 2001 it is easy to see why. This German built motorhome is an absolute must view if you are looking for a classic A-Class motorhome. The motorhome has had one owner from new and they have kept it in amazing condition for its age. As an A-Class motorhome there is wonderful feeling of space inside - and being high up and offering stunning views, getting to your destination will be as enjoyable as your stay.
The Arto 69 is built on the ever popular Fiat Ducato chassis and has a powerful 2.8 litre engine and 5-speed manual gearbox. The cab is well equipped with reversing camera and cab air conditioning. The motorhome has been extremely well maintained and regularly serviced by the one owner from new.
The motorhome has a wonderful living space and is presented in amazing condition for its age. The furniture upholstery is fantastic and could be described as like new, despite the age of the motorhome. The cupboards and worktops are also in great condition - giving you a lovey place to rest and relax. At the front the motorhome has one large side facing sofa and a double dinette table. The two front seats also rotate and the passenger seat is ideal for making up part of the lounge area. This area also has ceiling mounted air conditioning working of mains hook-up, an absolute must if you are traveling into Europe. At the rear of the motorhome you have an excellent kitchen featuring gas hob with 3 gas burners, sink and fridge with ice compartment. There are loads of cupboards and storage for all your food and utensils.
The Niesmann + Bischoff is so comfortable to sleep in which a large pull down bed at the front and central double that can be made out of the side sofa and dinette table. It is possible to use the side sofa as a small single and the dinette as a small double. The motorhome comes with a good sized washroom at the rear. This includes a Thetford flush cassette toilet, vanity sink and shower. Heating and hotwater are available and the motorhome is fully winterised making it an ideal all year round home.
Externally the motorhome comes with wind-out awning and fully waterproof safari room. It also has 2 gas bottles, external gas point, tow bar and motor bike rack. There is a further roof mounted storage box.
