The Roller Team Zefiro 696 with the sought after rear island bed. Based on the ever popular Fiat Ducato chassis with the 2.3 litre multijet turbo diesel engine & comfortmatic 6 speed automatic gearbox in its 130PS engine. It comes with a good service history including 3 mechanical services the last including the cam belt kit in 03/24. 3 habitation services and a recent damp check 05/24. We enter the Motorhome on the passenger side via a low step, to the left of the habitation door is a single seat & opposite an L shaped sofa the forward facing part benefiting from 2 travelling seats with 2x3 point lap & diagonal seat belts. The table is centrally mounted and can be positioned in many axis. The front two seats rotate to join this area so you could easily seat 6 people around the table if entering on site. There is a TV point with Avtex flatscreen tv to the right of the habitation door.
Above the lounge is an electric drop down bed which comes down to the top of the seat backs and can be accessed using a ladder.
Moving rear is the L shaped kitchen which comprises: stainless steel bowl shaped sink with chrome mixer tap; 3 gas burner hob with Thetford Duplex oven & grill below. Opposite is the large Thetford Fridge with freezer box & drawer below. The fridge is fully automatic and can be powered by 240v,12v or gas depending if you are plugged in on site or wild camping.
Moving rear is the bathroom area which is split across the full width of the motorhome. The toilet door can close across gangway giving a private area to get dressed in the morning. The washroom consists of Thetford cassette style fresh water flush toilet with swivel head; white corner sink above with chrome mixer tap. Opposite the separate shower cubicle with Perspex doors to close.
Finally to the rear is the main bedroom with central island bed. There is hanging wardrobe space either side and over head cupboards for your clothes. The foot of the bed lifts to reveal additional storage and access to the Truma boiler. There is a TV point with Avtex Flatscreen TV at the foot of the bed.
