A lovely example of this 1 owner vehicle from one of Germanies finest Motorhome manufacturers the Burstner Ixeo Time IT 650. Based on the ever popular Fiat Ducato chassis with the 2.3 litre turbo diesel multijet engine and a manual 6 speed gearbox. Early service history from Southdowns in Portsmouth then 4 local garage services and a Cam Belt in 09/22. No recent habitation checks but one is booked for 07/24. We enter the motorhome on the drivers side via an electric step, to the right of the habitation door is the galley kitchen which consists of: combination stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap & 3 gas burner hob glass lids to close. Below the counter is a Smev oven & Grill next to a Dometic 3 way fridge which can be powered by 240v; 12v or gas depending whether you are plugged in on site or wild camping.
Opposite the kitchen is the full dinette with two opposing 2 seater sofas with a fixed table in the middle. The two forward facing seats benefit from 2 x 3 point lap & diagonal belts for travelling passengers. The drivers seat can rotate to join this area so you could easily seat 5 people if entertaining on site. There is a TV point with Avtex Flatscreen TV behind the dinette, The TV can be flipped round so you can enjoy in bed if required.
At night a double bed which is situated above the dinette can be manually dropped down over the table to seat back height. It can be accessed with the use of a ladder and has safety nets for younger children. You can also if required make the dinette below into a small double by dropping the table and using a combination of infill cushions.
Moving rear again is the main bedroom which is a French bed offset to the passenger side, the bed can lift to gain access to the storage below.
Opposite the bed is a large hanging wardrobe followed by the all in one bathroom. The toilet a cassette style Thetford fresh water flush unit which can be separated from the shower by Perspex doors front and rear and has its own chrome riser with mixer tap. The sink cleverly rotates over the toilet whilst the shower is in use, behind there is a large mirror split over 2 storage cupboards giving the effect of light & space.
Heating & Hot water are supplied by Truma combination boiler that can be powered by 240v or gas.
