A Stunning rear lounge model of one of Germany's finest A class manufacturers Frankia. This I740 Plus model is packed with goodies and is a fantastic offering for 2 people to go travelling with the option of an additional 2 passengers. Based on Fiats ever popular Ducato chassis with a 2.3 litre turbo diesel engine in its 160bhp & the manual 6 speed gearbox. The cab benefits from: Air Conditioning; Cruise Control; Traction Control Plus; Hill Descent; Zenec multi media system with Navigation, Bluetooth, 9” screen; Electric Heated adjustable Mirrors; Twin View Reversing Camera. There is a large full width blind to the front screen that can be dropped from the top or lifted from the bottom. The side windows have Remis blinds. The front seats rotate so that you can take a brake from the road. As you would expect for a vehicle of this late plate it is presented in lovely condition, It has had 3 mechanical services the last in 05/23 & 4 Habitation services at SMC the last being 05/24.
We enter the motorhome on the drivers side immediately opposite is a large wardrobe with fixings for the bed support. The Kitchen area immediately to the left consists of a Full size Dometic oven & hob. It has four burners, 3 gas & one electric for when you are plugged in to the mains on site. To the right is a good sized oblong sink with chrome mixer tap that extends as a rinsing aid. There are plenty of cupboards and drawers for all your cooking utensils. Opposite is a large absorber style Dometic fridge with separate freezer compartment, this can be operated in fully automatic mode so will switch between Gas; 12v and 240v depending on whether you are wild camping or plugged in on site. Above the fridge is a full size Rusell Hobbs microwave oven.
To the rear is the the massive U shaped lounge, perfect for reclining to watch the Avtex TV, or seating up to 8 people for dinner round the fixed table. The side sofas can be used as single beds if you have guests staying or alternatively you can drop the table to make a large double bed using a combination os sofa cushions as the mattress. There are foldable travelling seats underneath with 3 point seat belts. The whole area is flooded with light from its triple aspect windows.
Moving forward is the bathroom area with a good sized shower to the right and wahsroom with toilette & sink opposite. Both are well lit and have a good feeling of space. They have a contemporary feel with a white built in wash hand basin with chrome mixer tap above. The toilette is a Thetford Fresh water flush with a swivel top. There is a door that closes off to the rear and a sliding door to the front so you can make a very private area to get ready in the morning.
Moving forward again there are cupboards either side just before the cab, on the drivers side a step slides out from below so making ease of access into the bed above. The bed lowers electrically and can cleverley be used as a large double or twin singles.
The heating & hot water are supplied by a Truma Combi boiler. The construction is twin floor, containing both the fresh water tank and grey water tank within. As such this vehicle has excellent thermal qualities and suited for deep wintering should you wish.
To the outside Drivers side: Large Awning with LED lights below; BBQ Gas Point; Gas locker with room for 2 large bottles; underfloor storage, garage door.
Rear: large boot opening to access garage.
Passengers side: Outside Shower Point; Storage locker for hoses; 240V hook up point; Toilette Cassette locker; access for Truma Boiler; diesel fill point.
