Knaus is one of Germanies most respected motorhome manufacturers & the Sky I Plus 700 LX is a great example of its work. Based on the ever popular Fiat Ducato chassis with the 2.3L 150 bhp multijet diesel engine. Comformatic 6 speed automatic gearbox, it has had one owner from new & covered only 26,417 miles, it comes with a good service history including 2 mechanical services the last 11/21 including Cam belt Kit. Early Hab checks from Southdowns in Portsmouth a new one is booked for 02/08. Opposite is a Tec tower; a large 3 way fridge with separate freezer box that can be powered by 240v; 12v or gas depending whether you are plugged in on site or wild camping. The oven and grill is situated on top.
The bathroom is split with the toilet washroom on one side and a separate shower cubicle on the other. The door can close of the habitation area giving a private area to get dressed or close off the toilet area. This has a canny design that the wall can be extended to give extra space. The toilet is a Dometic cassette style with a swivel head and fresh water flush. Above is a built in sink with chrome mixer tap. The area gives a feeling of space with plenty of mirrors there is also plenty of cupboard space.
Finally to the rear is the large bedroom with reclining Island bed, half sized hanging wardrobes either side and storage at the foot of the bed.
