Based on a Ford Transit T350 with a 2.2 litre engine
(115bhp) and 6-speed manual gearbox complete with cab air-conditioning,
steering wheel controls, cruise-control and electric windows and mirrors.
Length -5.68m, Width – 1.97m, Max Gross Weight = 3500kg with
a payload of approximately 830kg.
MOT – 21/03/2025 and last serviced March 2024 and only
covered 28263 miles from new.
At the rear is a lovely space with comfortable seating in
the u-shaped lounge / dining area that comes with two smaller coffee style
tables and the original larger rectangular dining table.
This area coverts into a large double bed or can be utilised
as two single beds if preferred.
The kitchen has a 2-burner gas hob, stainless-steel sink
with mixer-tap and an under-counter 3-way fridge with small freezer compartment
and microwave oven.
In the washroom you will find a Thetford cassette toilet,
hand basin with mixer-tap that doubles as the shower head and a storage locker.
Blown-air heating and hot water is provided by a Truma dual
fuel system, there are blinds and flyscreens on the side windows and curtains
to the rear.
Two roof lights give plenty of light throughout and with
storage found in the over-cab area, kitchen, wardrobe and over-head lockers at
the rear, there is plenty of space for all your essentials.
It also has included - cab black-out window blinds, passenger swivel seat, Gas-it LPG cylinder, TV fitted in lounge area and bike-rack at the rear.
The mileage on this vehicle was correct at the time of valuation, however the vehicle remains in use by the Seller until the point it is sold, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be higher than that advertised.
