SL 4 berth, low profile motorhome with the much sought after rear fixed bed
situated over a large garage and electric drop-down bed to the front. This
vehicle provides all the luxury you come to expect from Adria and certainly one
to be seen.
The
Adria is based on the Fiat Ducato chassis with an economical Euro 6 compliant 160bhp
2.2 litre diesel engine and 9-speed automatic gearbox. The motorhome has just
over 4,500 miles on the clock and comes with full service and habitation
history.
The new owner will benefit from the remainder of
the manufacturer’s warranty.
To
the front of the motorhome, you will find the lounge which is upholstered in
plush black leather and provides an L-shaped dinette seating with a side sofa
and two Captain swivel seats, which together with the multi-positional dining
table makes the ideal area to relax and comfortably seats five to dine.
You
will also find the three rear 3-point travelling seats to this area.
All
this sits below the fabulous over cab panoramic rooflight, allowing an
abundance of light into the motorhome. There is also a drop-down TV and LED
spotlights and above you will find the large, electric, drop-down bed that is
accessed using a ladder.
The
contemporary designed kitchen is situated centrally and consists of a 3-ring
gas hob, stainless sink with hot and cold mixer tap, a combination oven and
grill, extractor, large slim fridge with integral freezer and storage at both
floor and eye level.
The main sleeping area is located to the rear of
the motorhome and provides two generous singles or one huge double bed. The
single beds are complemented by well-positioned lighting making it ideal for
reading or to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. There is wardrobe space and
storage beneath the beds. An additional Avtex TV is also located in this area.
The bed is situated above the spacious
garage which can easily accommodate bikes, outdoor leisure equipment and all
your holiday accessories. Access to the garage is via two external locker
doors.
To
the foot of the bed, you will find the separate shower cubicle to one side and
the washroom is adjacent which consists of a vanity unit with handwash basin,
mixer tap and cupboard, Thetford cassette toilet with electric flush and a wall
mounted cabinet with a sliding mirror door.
The
motorhome comes with all the usual modern conveniences including, cab
air-conditioning, cruise control, sat nav, head unit with Bluetooth connectivity,
rear view camera, Alde heating and hot water system, USB points, 240v hook-up
cable, wind out awning and electric step.
