right, a large combination stainless steel sink with draining board, chrome
mixer tap & dark glass lid, a 3 gas burner hob with dark glass lid, plus a
SMEV combination gas grill & oven fitted beneath. A Dometic 3-way powered
fridge with freezer box, plus upper lockers to store away your holiday
provisions.
- The lounge & dining area has two forward facing seats
with three point seatbelts, this area makes up the third berth although with
additional foam you could potentially make it a double. A large dining table &
both front seats swivel to face the hab area. Upper aircraft style lockers &
under-seat storage available.

storage nets each side.
- The washroom has a separate shower cubicle with sliding
door, riser rail with shower handset & chrome tap. A built-in washbasin

to access, with upper storage lockers & TV cabinet. A rear & side

operates on gas, black-out blinds & fly-screens throughout. Two wardrobes
are provided, one with a hanging rail & the other has shelving. A clever
access point in the bottom of the main wardrobe allows you to turn on/off the
gas bottle without leaving the motorhome.
- The cab has air-con fitted which has been re-gassed in April
2023, a JVC CD Tuner, electric windows, electric mirrors, central locking, 2
sets of keys plus a Van Bitz alarm system. A new mirror mounted reversing
camera monitor in August 2023.
- Outside you have an Omnistor wind-out sun canopy, Fiamma
bike rack for 2 with alarm wiring to protect them, TV aerial, gas locker with 2
propane bottles, 3 new tyres in 2021 & 1 in 2019 all in VGC, spare wheel
mounted underneath plus a new leisure battery fitted in May 2022. At the rear
is a large opening locker to access the underbed storage area.
