"Dear Gary
As promised here are the details of the motorhome I am seeking to sell.
AutoSleeper Broadway EK (4 berth with Luton cab) on Peugeot chassis
Registration VX59 GGF
Purchased new from Cotswold Motor Caravans, Cheltenham
Mileage 53,300
Full service record (until last year by authorised Peugeot garages)
Both sets of keys.
Extras Reversing camera, microwave, solar panel, TV and 2 bike carrier.
Condition
I will be sending some photos but briefly:
The interior is very good. We have had throws over the seats and extra carpeting to protect the original fitted. There is inevitably a little wear in places.
We have just had fitted a new fridge/freezer (cost £2000 by Nick Whale - unused). We have never used the shower or carried a tank of water. The oven has rarely been used and we have tended to use the electric ring on the hob with the gas when necessary.
The rubbish bin and the towel ring are detached from their fittings and a new smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector are needed (I have purchased but not fitted them – you will realise I am not much of a DIY wizard!). There is a new fire extinguisher.
The exterior is in fair condition for its age but
There is no electric rear step (broken and not replaced very shortly after we purchased it.)
There is a split in the fibre glass body on the near side just behind the passenger door(I do not know when or how this happened. We had a coming together with a Yorkshire mountain side about 4 years age resulting in extensive but superficial damage to the near side body work repaired by AutoSleepers at Willersey - we live about 12 miles from them – it has happened since then. We have never taken it off road.)

Passenger door mirror damaged but working
A bit of staining on one of the plastic body components.
Seal at rear nearside iffy resulting in some damp inside – I have tried to repair this myself but don’t know how good the seal now is.
We have a cover for it – new a year ago – and a cover for the bikes.
It goes very well. We were on the continent for four weeks in May/June travelling to Germany, Czech Republic and Austria covering 3500 miles with no problems.
We are selling it mainly because of our age (we are both in our 80s) and will be very sad to part with it."
This vehicle has an issue with damp in the kitchen area and some body work damage which is reflected in the advertised price.
