The Topaz features a lovely
seating area, flexible sleeping options with two singles or a large double bed,

loads of character.
The Topaz is an extremely
popular motorhome as it has a great layout in a very compact 5.2 metre length.
The seating area benefits from both Captain’s seats swivelling to the rear with
a side sofa, a third seat, a small drinks table and large pedestal table both
of which can be removed and stowed. At night-time, this area converts into two
singles or a large double bed.Moving towards the rear you will find a
well-equipped kitchen area with a Dometic 3-way fridge/icebox, stainless steel
sink with mixer tap and draining area, grill, and twin gas hob. Then at the
rear of the camper is the private washroom with a shower, Thetford w/c, wash
basin, mirrored storage unit and two large cupboards.
The Topaz has an excellent
specification, and you will enjoy the comfort of the Eberspacher blown air
heating system, hot water from the Truma Ultrastore water heater (gas/230v).
The van is fully carpeted, has
lined curtains, blackout blinds and flyscreens to all habitation windows.
The Topaz has a very good
service history, new cambelt, water pump, clutch & flywheel in
2023, additionally it will have a new MOT and service prior to handover.
