Motorhome Depot are pleased to present this excellent 2019 Elddis Encore 285 4-berth,4-belt family motorhome. Based on the Peugeot Boxer, it is powered by the 130BHP 2.0 HDi diesel engine and 6-speed manual gearbox.Having only covered 8484 miles with 2 owners, it comes with full service history including a recent service on 14.10.24,a habcheck in February 2024 and an October 2025 MOT with no advisories. It has a GVW of 3500kg so it can be driven on a standard UK licence with a payload of 450kg and is 7.41m long making it very easy to handle on those tricky campsites.This motorhome is in superb condition and has been cherished by its current owner.
On entering through the habitation door, to your left is the dinette area and front cab and with the front seats swiveling around there is enough room for 5/6 to dine with a fold away table that stows away in its own cupboard. There are two roof-lights and two windows all with fly-screens and black out blinds these give a light and airy feel. There are lots of high level storage cupboards, including the both bench seats lift to expose the two additional traveling seat with belts, these also slide together to make the additional double bed. The kitchen area is next with a sink and mixer tap, Dometic three way fridge, Thetford Oven with separate grill and a three way gas hob including one electric ring, one window with black out blind and fly-screen, one electric extractor roof-vent with black out blind, Russell Hobbs microwave and storage above and below.
There is a sliding divider to close the front area from the sleeping area, there are two single beds with high level storage and both beds lift to access more storage underneath, there are two windows and one roof-light, all with fly-screens and black out blinds.
One of the main features of the Encore 285 is the washroom which is as good as you will see in a motorhome of this size.There is a separate shower cubicle and an aero shower head, a wash hand basin with a chrome mixer tap, Thetford cassette toilet and a large wardrobe and storage cupboard.
The outside of the van has an awning/canopy, External gas BBQ point,external 240v and 12v point, electric hook up point, reversing camera, Gas cupboard with 1 bottle, external storage locker,Aerial and a solar panel giving the van excellent off-grid capability. The front cabin has everything you will need including cruise control, air-con, electric windows and wing mirrors with protectors, 6 speed gearbox, screen blinds to the front and both side doors, reversing camera screen and a multi media stereo system.
