Fixed Bed compact motorhome.
A great motorhome for a discerning couple wanting
to travel in and around Europe catching the winter sun with a length of only
5.7 metres and with a MAM weight of 3400kg allowing anyone with a UK standard
driving licence to drive it easily around the UK and Europe’s slim and nimble
roads and lanes.
This motorhome is MOT'd till October 2025 with its
last MOT showing no advisories as the present owners have spent over £2000 in
work and its upkeep for the new owner’s peace of mind in their own motorhoming adventures.
The layout is as you enter the
van the kitchen/galley area is on your right you have a large combination
stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap and dark glass lid and a 3 gas
burner hob with dark glass lid underneath you have storage drawers and a Dometic
3-way powered fridge with freezer box. In this area you have the lounge &
dining area which has two forward facing seats with three-point seatbelts, this
area makes the third berth with a large dining table and the two front seats
swivel and there is upper aircraft style lockers and under-seat storage
available with above the cab there is an additional long storage cabinet.
The washroom has a separate
shower cubicle with shower handset and dedicated chrome tap. A built-in
washbasin with chrome mixer tap, Thetford cassette swivelling toilet with
electric flush and upper and lower storage cabinets.
The rear bedroom has a French style double bed
that has easy to access full bed length and width storage underneath and in this area there is upper
storage lockers and a TV cabinet a rear & side window plus a roof vent with
fan that expels or draws in fresh air.
The motorhome has been fitted with a Webasto Diesel
heating system and it also comes with a wind out fixed awning, solar panel, 2
leisure batteries, bike rack, tow bar, alarm and pioneer radio.
This Chausson Welcome 54 is based on a Ford Transit
2.0 TDI engine with a good service history with its MAM GVW weight of 3400KG,
Length 5.70m, Width 2.30m and Height 2.75m.
