This vehicle has a full service history and the current MOT is valid until 9th May 2025, with the last 2 MOT's having no advisories. The last habitation check was undertaken on 26th November 2024, and within the report it states "The damp survey was excellent with no issues to report".
Layout - The habitation door is towards the rear on the passenger side of the motorhome.
As you enter the motorhome the kitchen area is along the end of the motorhome to your right with undercounter and eye level storage, a gas oven with 3 x gas hobs and 1 x electric ring, undercounter fridge with icebox, microwave, sink with mixer tap and worktop. To your left is further worktop space with shallow shelving storage below and eye level storage above.
In the far rear corner of the motorhome, is the shower room with the 12volt cassette toilet, wash hand basin with a mixer head that doubles as the shower head, vanity mirror and eye level storage.
Next to the shower room is a hanging storage space with the Truma heating and hot water system below.
To the middle of the motorhome on the right hand side is the dinette with seating for 4 which includes the 2 forward facing belted seats for travelling, which nicely converts to a double bed for sleeping and has under storage. On the opposite side of the motorhome is the side facing sofa, which can be used as a single bed and also has storage below, which can be accessed through an external locker.
To the very front of the motorhome is further sleeping space with another good sized double bed in the over-cab bed, which tilts up when not in use to give extra head room within the cab area.
The motorhome also benefits from; integrated cab blinds, fly screens and blinds throughout the habitation area, a manual Fiamma canopy, an 8.3kg gas bottle and a bike rack.
