Sundance 580 PR Low Line coach built motor home. It is a 2 Berth / 2 belt van with the sought after
spacious U-Shaped rear lounge and socialising area which can convert into either 2 Single beds or a double bed. The layout consists of the U-Shaped rear lounge but also with the benefit of a 2 drawer cabinet and a sliding table top which can easily be removed when not required. The rear lounge panoramic windows, as with all the habitation windows are complete with both fly screens and blinds for your convenience. There is a TV/DVD player in the lounge area and the Truma controls for the blown air heating. Above the centrally situated additional gas fire is a large wardrobe containing the free standing table, adjustable TV aerial and the solar controller. concertina cab blinds, radio CD player, reversing camera and it also comes with a solar panel, canopy/awning, outside BBQ point and a Gaslow refillable gas bottle system. It is built on the popular Fiat Ducato 2.2 L diesel engine with a manual
gearbox and comes complete with a spare wheel. It is a 3500kg van so can be driven on a standard UK
driving licence. It is 6.47 M in length and 2.24 M wide. It has a good recorded mechanical service ( 8 stamps) and a very good MOT
history with its current MOT valid until 12th August 2025, last serviced 2nd October 2024, last habitation check 5th August 2024.
