- The motorhome had a habitation service on 22nd
November 2024, issues have been found & are listed below. The full NCC /
AWS certification will be supplied with the van.

- Just had full internal & external valet - 2025
- Enter the van & the lounge & dining area is to your
left, 2 parallel sofas that draw together makes a double bed. The 2 front seats
swivel to face hab area, large folding dining table, windows & sunroof
flood the lounge with natural daylight, upper aircraft style lockers & under-seat
storage available.
- The main feature is the rear bedroom with fixed transverse
double bed & pull-out steps for access, upper lockers, lighting, side
window.
The Kitchen: Stainless steel sink, mixer tap & glass lid. 3
gas burner hob, combo gas grill & oven beneath, Dometic fridge / freezer
box, cabinets for included crockery & provisions.
- The Washroom: Shower cubicle / folding perspex doors, built-in
washbasin with pull-out mixer tap, Thetford cassette swivelling toilet /
electric flush, storage cabinet.
- Webasto diesel powered blown-air central heating & hot
water, wood effect flooring, loose fit carpets, black-out blinds &
fly-screens, wardrobe with large cupboard below.
- The Cab: Pioneer CD Tuner, built-in privacy blinds - windscreen
& side windows, cruise control, power steering, driver/pass air-bags,
electric windows, remote central locking. 2 sets of keys.
- Outside: Large rear garage - 2 access doors. Thule Omnistor wind-out
sun canopy / Fiamma bike rack, tv aerial, gas locker, storage locker.

- List of Issues: Some damp readings in the van, see the full damp
report in extra photo pack. Ceiling lights need refixing, some have a few LED’s
out & some flickering. Kitchen sink requires screwing down, tap not flowing
properly & maybe blocked. Hob requires screwing down. Grill not staying
lit, oven ignitor not working. Freezer box cover missing. Water pump running continuously.
Nearside sliding window has damage on one external corner only. Offside window
has small stress fractures - outside only. Leisure battery not holding charge. Offside
rear locker door bowed, frame needs replacing. Very slight gas leak found
on tightness test, possible connector on hob. Bottle of water leaked in upper
locker above sofa, trim has expanded. Rear bedroom locker bottom trim expanded.
Ceiling above bedroom window has small split & discoloured. Locker doors inner
wooden panels require changing. Crack to offside rear bumper. Some external
decals showing sun damage. Awning light needs new bulb. Please view additional photos.
