The 2.2 litre Peugeot engine has a cam chain so no belt to
worry about, the mileage is 1210 and the current owner bought from new.
Security includes a Class 1 Thatcham alarm and immobiliser and a further extra
is a habitation door lock. The sale will include 2 x gas bottles, 240v hook up
cable, pedal lock.
The large extending rear bed (6 feet 6 inches) is surrounded
by lockers and wardrobe cupboards and access to storage underneath. The kitchen
area has an extending prep area, sink and gas hob over an oven and grill – unused - as well as extractor fan in the ceiling which can reverse. The large fridge
containing freezer box is automatic and switches as required between gas, 12v
and mains. The washroom has a full height shower, w.c. and sink with vanity
unit. The saloon area at the front of the motorhome has two bench seats with large removeable table in between (or alternatively a smaller wine table) and two swivel seats and also a TV in this area.
The bench seats can be removed and in the lockers underneath are two forward
facing full seatbelt seats. This area swiftly converts to a double bed and can
be separated from the rest of the motorhome.
