ideal for a couple and features a fixed king size bed & two belted travel
seats. It has the following features:
Fixed
full size double bed in the rear with 5” dual layer foam mattress and large
storage area beneath, accessible from the back doors. Cupboards above the bed
both sides.
Matching driver and passenger seats that swivel to provide the leisure seating.
The swivel point is off-centred so the seats move inward and away from the door
pillars when reversed.
Detachable “Lagun” style dining tables for each seat that can be adjusted for
rotation and height. The table tops store in the overhead cab area when not
required.
Shower room with Thetford Cassete, flip down basin, shower attachment and
stainless steel mirror door cabinet. Access is via a sliding tambour shower
door. It has an opening external window with blind and flyscreen. The cassette
is accessed internally.
Full height storage unit with fitted Dometic motorhome microwave. Top cupboard,
middle cupboard suitable as low height wardrobe and bottom drawer. It also
incorporates a pull out drawer on the side with tea, coffee, sugar containers.
The mains electrical circuit breakers are in the wardrobe.
Kitchen base unit with separate sink and 2 burner gas hob incorporating a 50L
compressor fridge and bank of drawers, including a cutlery drawer. There are 2
cupboards above, one housing the habitation electrical controls.
Remis blinds on the cab side windows and windscreen for night time privacy.
A large top hung opening window with blind and flyscreen on the sliding door.
An identical window opposite on the driver side with a single side facing seat
below (not a travel seat).
Leisure battery and 1.6kw mains inverter located beneath the side facing seat
together with a holder for vertical wine bottles.
Smart TV mounted on an adjustable arm above the seat.
Underslung 90L fresh water tank
Underslung 60L waste water tank.
MaxAir roof fan above main living area.
Heki roof light above sleeping area.
Heating
and water:
Blown air heating and hot water is provided by a Truma combi unit running on
bottled gas, or hook-up mains electricity or a combination of both.
Two separate gas lockers in the under bed storage area each holding a 4.7kg
butane bottle. One is for the Truma combi unit, the other for the hob.
12v SureFlow pump providing hot and cold water to the flip down basin, shower
mixer and kitchen sink taps. It’s a pressure sensed system rather than
electrically switched.
External fresh water tank filler on the driver side rear,

volt systems.
280 amp hour LiFePo battery providing 12 volt power. It receives charge from a
400 watt solar panel on the roof, a 30 amp battery-to-battery alternator
charger when the engine runs and a 30 amp mains charger when connected to
electrical hook up. No selection required, the chargers sort themselves out.
A device is fitted that maintains the vehicle battery by taking power from the
leisure battery when appropriate.
Fused switching for the fridge, lighting + fan, combi unit, pump and TV + WiFi
+ USB sockets is located in a locker above the hob.
Battery monitor display in the cupboard above the hob showing the leisure
battery state of charge together with ongoing charge or discharge current. The
battery monitor itself is located with the leisure battery and includes low
voltage protection.
A cupboard next to the TV holds an amplifier for the roof mounted aerial and a
stabilised 12 volt power supply connected to a 4G Wi-Fi hotspot providing
internet access (when a suitable SIM card is installed).
Ample lighting is provided by led lights in the main ceiling and shower room,
led reading lights above the swivel seats and bed, and a led light above the
kitchen unit.

Mains
voltage systems:
External mains hook up connector located near the rear of the van on the
passenger side providing power to a 3 way RCD protected consumer unit with
separate circuits for battery charger, Truma combi unit and mains sockets.
Mains sockets can be connected to either hook-up power or inverter power with
selection controlled by a 3 way centre off switch. When inverter power is
required the inverter must be turned on via a switch mounted below the fixed
seat. Inverter output is protected by an RCD breaker mounted below the seat
base. Note the Truma combi cannot be connected to the inverter output.
USB:
USB charging sockets are in incorporated in the reading lights and mains socket
outlets.
Other
systems:
A Fiamma wind out awning mounted on the passenger side.
A Thule retractable step for sliding door access. It is controlled manually by
a switch on the door pillar and also retracts automatically when the engine is
started.
A camera is incorporated into the high level brake light. A display in the
place of a rear view mirror Provides a rear view of the road when driving and a
parking view when reverse gear is selected. A Wolfbox front and
rear dashcam is fitted.
In summary this is a
superb motorhome with a great layout and finished to a high standard.
The mileage on this vehicle was correct at the time of valuation, however the vehicle remains in use by the Seller until the point it is sold, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be higher than that advertised.
