main bed up at night time. Based on the AL-KO lightweight low line chassis with
Peugeot Euro 6 compliant 2.2 Blue HDI diesel 165bhp engine, combined with a 6
speed manual gearbox. It has only 1,729 miles on the clock with a genuine
reason for the sale. It had a habitation check carried out in October 2021.
Enter through the habitation door and you have the
well-equipped kitchen in front of you, with a circular sink and chrome mixer
tap and Perspex splashback, a three gas burner hob along with an electric
hotplate, hob cover worktop and below a Thetford separate grill and oven, above
is the Russell Hobbs 800w microwave and adjacent is a large 3-way powered
Dometic tower fridge with freezer. There are good-sized storage cabinets
throughout.
All the upholstery is in excellent condition
throughout, the lounge and dinette area has L shape sofa with a side sofa
opposite that can be made up into an additional double bed in the evening and

radiator heating system controls space heating and water heating, with blinds
and fly-screens throughout, including a hab door fly screen.
The cab includes, a large overhead skylight with
blinds, leather steering wheel with multi-function controls, Remis concertina
blinds, DAB radio, electric driver and passenger windows, electrically
adjustable wing mirrors, driver and passenger airbags and remote central
locking, cab air conditioning, cruise control, reversing camera monitor,
satellite navigation system and Bluetooth connectivity.
Outside there is a Memo Sky-Star chassis mounted,
height adjustable, bike rack with a 75kg capacity, to easily carry two E-Bikes,
the renown Alu-Tech bodyshell with GRP outer skin construction that gives a
grade three thermal insulation rating, smart Graphite cab with colour coded
bumpers, a 4m Omnistor wind out awning, gas locker with one bottle, a roof
mounted Vision plus TV aerial, external mains socket and TV aerial point, 100w solar
panel, side locker access to under bed storage, external BBQ point, 16 inch alloy
wheels and mains hook up point.
This superb motorhome has a maximum vehicle weight
of 3500Kg, which allows anybody to drive the motorhome on a full standard UK
driving licence and comes with two sets of keys along with an Outsmart-The-Thief
Lockdown tracker system – requires a subscription. The external length is 7.4m.
