This iconic Hymer B554 would make a superb starter motorhome for a family or a couple looking to experience the fun of motorhome holidays for the first time. It displays all the hallmarks of the superior build quality that Hymer have become renowned for. The cabinetry is reassuringly solid and made to last. It is built on the class leading Fiat Ducato chassis and is powered by a superb 2.8 litre engine so you will have no trouble climbing hills.
Internally it has the ever popular end kitchen layout with a gas oven and grill, a 3 gas burner hob, a 3 way fridge with ice box and a sink with a mixer tap. There is storage space in the overhead lockers and also in a ground level cupboard. Next to the kitchen is the spacious washroom which has a cassette toilet, a wash basin, a large mirror and a generous cupboard to store your toiletries. The showerhead is built into the tap. Next to the washroom is a large cupboard with a hanging rail for your clothes.
The centrally located lounge and dinette is a lovely light and airy spot to enjoy meals and drinks. There is a solid dining table that attaches to a side rail which when not in use can be stored away. The lounge consists of a long side facing sofa as well as forward and rear facing 2 seater sofas which are both fitted with a seat belt. A large skylight over the dinette as well as 2 large windows throw in plenty of daylight making this a lovely light motorhome to spend time in.
The sleeping arrangements consist of a large pull down bed over the cab which measures approximately 74 x 54 inches. The long sofa can be used as a single bed as it measures 71 x 28 inches and the rear and forward facing sofas also convert into a double bed giving you potentially 5 berths in total. Above the lounge are storage lockers on both sides. There is additional storage underneath the large sofa as well as storage in the external side lockers.
Heating and hot water operate off gas and the motorhome has 2 gas bottles. Externally there is a tow bar, a large storage box, a roof ladder, a wind out awning and an electric entrance step. The motorhome was serviced in April 2023 and had a newcambelt and a habitation check so it has everything that a buyer could possibly want.
This Hymer also has a solar panel fitted to keep you leisure battery topped up so if you want to do some wild camping you are able to do so.
