This stunning A Class motorhome was one of Rapido's flagship models in its day. From the superb build quality through to the impressive levels of specification, everything about this motorhome conveys class. It has clearly been designed to provide the highest levels of accommodation and comfort to ensure that every trip or holiday is one that will be enjoyed to the max.
This is a motorhome that anyone will enjoy driving. It is built on the Mercedes sprinter chassis and has a phenomenal 2.7 litre Mercedes-Benz engine. One of the premier features of this vehicle is the semi automatic gearbox which makes driving easy and pleasurable. There is also air conditioning, a radio CD, reversing camera and electric windows and mirrors. You can even choose what sort of ride you would like on your journey as this Rapido is fitted with air suspension, and being an A class the driver visibility is excellent.
Another great feature of this motorhome is that you don't have to to make up either of the beds. There is a fixed transverse bed in the rear of the vehicle and a drop-down bed above the cab which when not in use neatly stores back in the roof creating plenty of headroom for driver and passenger. There is storage space under the rear bed as well as in the overhead lockers. Next to the rear bed you have a separate shower with a perspex screen. On the other side of the motorhome is the washroom consisting of a Thetford flush toilet, wash basin with mixer tap, a mirror and beautifully finished bathroom cupboards to store your toiletries. There is also a large window with a privacy blind.
The centrally located kitchen provides you with all the facilities you need to create a nice meal. There is a three gas burner hob, a gas oven and grill, a huge 150 litre Dometic 3 way fridge freezer, a sink with mixer tap and loads of locker and cupboard space to store your utensils and crockery. There is even a small tap which provides filtered water. Once you have made a nice meal you can relax in the gorgeous lounge and dining area which is finished in sumptuous cream leather. There is a multi-directional sliding dining table which can be adjusted to numerous positions depending on how many people are dining. Both front seats are Captain's chairs so these swivel to allow an additional 2 people to dine or socialise. Above the lounge a large skylight throws in plenty of natural light to make this such a lovely spot to relax in. Stored away in a cupboard on a sliding bracket is a TV/DVD player so if you just want to curl up after a long day out then you have everything you need. One of the sofas has 2 additional seat belts fitted so if you have children or grandchildren they can travel safely with you.
Another key feature of this motorhome is the cavernous garage which provides masses of storage space, so if you want to go touring long term this is the motorhome for you. It also has a solar panel which is great if you like wild camping, a wind out awning, an external shower point and Gas It refillable bottles which is a far superior and cheaper form of power than buying gas bottles.
Once a sale is agreed the owner will put a full year's MOT on the motorhome.
