Based on the Fiat Ducato chassis ,with a 2.8 litre
engine, it is left hand drive with a 5
speed Manual gearbox .Presented in excellent condition with 151043 Km (93853 M)
travelled. Mot until September 2024. Full service history available. Brakes , Cambelt
and Clutch all replaced in September 2022 with a full set of tyres changed in 2023 .
There are also 2 travelling seatbelts in the cab as well as 4 rear seatbelts
and cabin airbags.
Excellent layout for a large family with sleeping
places for 7 people. The popular lounge area behind the cab can be used for
dining and relaxing. The seating area can be changed to a comfortable sleeping
area for 3 people. There is a fixed double bed above the cab but the primary
sleeping area is in a separate double bedroom, with thick mattress, at the rear
of the van. There is ample storage in the fitted wardrobes and cupboards, with
access to a large rear storage area through the under bed cupboards. More
storage is available throughout the living area.
Washing and toilet facilities are found in an
enclosed cubicle just in front of the main sleeping area. These include a large
shower, hand basin, cassette toilet and mirror.
Mid ship kitchen is fully equipped with a sink and
drainer, a 3 burner gas hob, a grill and an oven. There is a fridge with
internal freezer and ample storage / preparation space.
This fantastic motorhome has been excellently
crafted and comes with a large specification list including solar panel , cabin
and habitation air con, alarm and Phantom tracker, personal safe, bike rack, tow
ball, radio, CD player, TV /DVD player and aerial.

Habitation Air Con unit is situated in the rear
storage which is large enough to house a small 100cc motorbike.
