The Auto-Sleepers Fairford Plus is a fantastic panel van motorhome that has everything you could possibly need for amazing trips away. This van is an Auto-Sleeper 60th Anniversary Edition and is absolutely packed with extras and has the much sort after 9-Speed Auto gearbox. It is the perfect modern motorhome and is WIFI ready, comes with HABITATION AIR CONDITIONING, comfortable sleeping for 4 people, fully kitchen including microwave and washroom with shower. The van is a long wheel base giving you the option of a rear bed or a large garage, ideal for sports equipment such as electric bikes. It is a stunning motorhome that is presented in excellent condition and ready to go.
The Fairford Plus is built on the Fiat Professional Long Wheel Base chassis giving you plenty of space in the van. It is has superior and much sort after 9 speed Auto gear box and has a powerful 2.3 litre engine with 140 bhp, making it a pleasure to drive. It comes with everything you would expect from a high end van including cab air conditioning, cruise control, reversing camera and DAB radio. The motorhome is ULEZ compliant - so ideal for European or UK travel.
The Fairford Plus has an excellent living area and makes the most of the room available. At the front you have a comfortable seating area with a double dinette style table with two bench seats (making use of the back of the driver seat) a table and the front passenger seat that can be rotated around. Moving back the motorhome comes with a full kitchen that features an oven, grill, hob with 3 gas burners, microwave oven, automatic 3-way fridge with ice compartment and sink with mixer tap.
The Fairford Plus is also excellent for sleeping in. As the rear of the motorhome you can make up a good sized double transverse bed but the front seating area also makes up a very comfortable double. There is a central washroom with Thetford Flush cassette toilet, sliding sink and shower. Heating and Hot Water are all provided via the simple to operate Whale Heating system. As mentioned there is also AIR CONDITIONING IN THE LIVING AREA working off mains hook up. The Motorhome all works off the Auto-Sleepers 12-volt system with leisure battery and solar panel making it ideal to spend a couple of days off-grid. It has LED lighting throughout including touch activated lights in the roof.The fact that this is a long wheel based van also gives you the option of using the back of the motorhome as a large garage or storage area. Perfect if you wish to take expensive sports equipment such as racing or electric bikes.
Externally the motorhome has lots of extras - it has two wind-out awnings - one on the side and an additional one on the rear. It has an underslung gas tank with external bbq hook up point, roof racks and a bike rack.
In summary this is a fantastic panel van style motorhome that is packed will everything you could possibly need to enjoy amazing adventures away. This 60th Anniversary Edition has so many extras and the 9 speed auto makes it so easy to drive. With low mileage and a brilliant layout it is the ideal van to take around the UK or on the Continent.
