the last year this has had a new engine fitted with all necessary parts,
the total cost for this work was in excess of £12,000! With all receipts
available. The work in brief, included a new engine, clutch, flywheel,
turbo, DPF, EGR valve, water pump, timing belt, glow plugs and many more items,
meaning mechanically this VW should be much better than those of lower mileage!
The new engine and all fitted parts above have done less than 10,000 miles! Along
with the new engine work, the current owner also only had this professionally converted
in 2021, so the conversion itself is only 3 years old and has been used very
little, the conversion itself cost £18,740, again with recites available. The
conversion itself is of a very high standard and is one of the best that I have
seen, being the LWB version this gives extra room inside and means that the pop
top bed area is a lot longer, meaning it is perfect for taller people.
