Depot Torbay are pleased to present For Sale this 2018 Auto trail Delaware. A
beautiful example of a Luxury Motorhome with doors, cupboards and fixtures all
fantastically designed.
Based on
the Fiat Ducato chassis with 2.2 Litre Diesel engine, Right Hand Drive and 6
speed manual transmission. Presented in excellent condition with only 19,237 miles
travelled. Mot until August 2024 with service in August 2023 when 4 new tyres and new Cam belt were fitted. Hab check completed on 21/06/24 with no issues found. It is booked in for an MOT and
service this month (June 2024).
Excellent
layout for a family with sleeping places for 4 people. The large social area
behind the cab, with its stand- alone table (stored in a cupboard)and swivelling
front seats can be used for dining and relaxing. The seating converts into a large
double bed with ample storage beneath. There is also a Safe hidden under one of
the seats.
At the
rear, there is a fixed double bed with under bed storage and added shelving and
storage cupboards,
The
spacious wash-room has a wash hand basin, cassette toilet, further storage and
a vanity mirror. The shower room is in
its own separate room opposite.
Mid ship
kitchen is fully equipped with a 4- burner gas hob, oven with grill, Fire
extinguisher, extractor fan, microwave, large sink and drainer, fridge with
large freeze box and good work space. The cutlery drawer and storage under the
sink are a great feature and give a tidy work environment.
Ample
storage throughout the living area, with extra storage externally and in the rear
store. Heating and hot water provided by both Gas or Electric. The water pump
was renewed in August 2023.
This luxury
motorhome comes with a large specification list including airbags, cruise
control, ‘ Outsmart the Thief’ Alarm, a reverse camera, cabin air con, radio,
blue tooth, USB ports and Sat Nav. For
leisure the van comes with a TV and DVD player.
Outside the
van has an awning with sides, Tow ball fitted, 100w Solar panel, Electric step,
Aerial, 2 Gas low Gas bottles, A spare wheel and a 240v Hook up cable.
This
fabulous Motorhome has had only two owners since new and both have appreciated
the quality of the Van and looked after it beautifully. It is immaculate throughout.
