Fiat’s cab seats get the captain’s chair treatment – with extra padding to the head restraints and full shoulder area support, these have been covered since new. Also here is a full 190-litre Dometic fridge/freezer, with automatic energy selection. Washing-up is courtesy of the circular sink, with its add-on drainer. And storage is more than generous, not least thanks to the large carousel unit under the sink. The bedroom is, of course, a delight, from its proper headboard to dimmable reading lights to the Duvalay Duvalite mattress. A folding partition allows some privacy here, too. Throughout, there’s the luxury of Alde’s programmable central heating system and it’s no surprise to see that all Boleros easily match the requirements for the highest Grade Three heating and insulation levels.
