The Nu Venture Rio Sand is a fantastic compact motorhome that is packed with everything you need for amazing trips away. Whilst small in size it gives you an excellent lounge, large double bed (or two singles), kitchen area and toilet and pull down sink, all in a van that is only 5.1m long. This motorhome has been extremely well looked after and is in great condition for its age. It has a good service history and has had the cambelt and water pump changed earlier this year, and has no advisories on the last MOT. The current owners have recently done the NC500 and made trips to Wales and Cornwall and found it the perfect vehicle for the small roads of the UK.
The Rio Sand is built on the Citroen Dispatch and has 2 litre engine with 5 speed manual gearbox. It is really easy to drive and park and is also extremely economical. The living area is amazing for a motorhome of this size and gives you everything you would hope for to travel the country. At the front you have a really well thought out and comfortable lounge area comprising of a large side sofa on one side and a single dinette style front and rear facing seat with table. Moving to the back, on one side you have a compact kitchen with 3-way fridge, gas hob with 2 burners and cold water sink.
The Rio Sand is very comfortable to sleep in, the main living area easily converts into on large double bed or can be used as two singles (measuring 180cm x 62cm - with one bed offering a little over 180cm by moving the passenger seat forward). The motorhome also comes with a small washroom at the back with Thetford flush cassette toilet and pull down sink. The motorhome has a lovely Truma heating system keeping you warm as toast.
The motorhome has had a recent habitation check with everything working well. There were a couple of small areas of advisory/action required and as a result the motorhome has been resealed.
In summary, this is a fantastic compact camper that is in great condition for its age and is ready to go.
