Motorhome Depot Mansfield and Sutton proudly presents this excellent example of a 2012 Auto-Trail Tracker FB. A seriously well kept motorhome with comprehensive service history and habitation history. It will make
an excellent first motorhome with its length just at over 7m. The van is
weighted at 3650kgs so you are encouraged to check your licence to make sure of
your entitlement to drive. The van is also 2.85m high which is ideal should you
wish to use European toll roads as higher vans attract a premium to use these
roads. The van comes equipped with external extras such as bike rack, hot and
cold shower point, gas BBQ point, 12v auxiliary water pump socket, Milenco wing
mirror covers and rear view parking camera included to make life easier for
you.
Internal
extras fitted, such as uprated double din with radio head unit and integrated
rear view camera display, 12v roof light extractor fan and additional bedroom
TV enhance the standard creature comforts inside the vehicle.
On entering
the vehicle via a retractable electric step with wipe covering you are met with
a spacious and cosy living and dining area, with a movable occasional table sitting
between 2 opposing sofas in a anthracite and cream colour fabric. This easily makes into a good sized double bed. The floor
covering is a dark grey clip in carpet. There are many useful cupboards at head
height and above the cabin where there is a drop down TV.
Stepping
further towards the back is a spacious galley area with full sized oven with 3
ring gas hob and 1 electric hob plate for use on hook up. A decent sized sink with
integrated drainer and cover is sat upon the anthracite work top with plenty of
work space and a power socket. The dining table is neatly stowed within a small
cupboard by the door which also has a small shelf by the doorway.
Opposite
this is the full sized 80/20 separate fridge and freezer which runs on gas,
electric or battery as required. Again the kitchen has plenty of storage both
above and below the worktop and also above and below the fridge freezer.
Adjacent to the kitchen area is a wardrobe with sufficient space for 2 people
to hang their clothes easily for a longer holiday.
At the rear
off side quarter, is the spacious and well appointed bathroom which features a
full size shower cubicle with lighting, a Thetford cassette toilet, sink with
vanity unit and plenty of storage at head height as well as below the sink.
There are also adequate hanging baskets for additional toiletry items.
Adjacent to this is the sizeable French bed with under storage, reached externally via a large flap or internally as required and plenty of head height cupboards over the bed. There is an additional TV as well as side shelf and LCD weather display.
Heating is
provided via the Truma blown air heating throughout the van and also with hot
water via the Truma boiler either on gas or electric as required.
Externally
you have a Fiamma wind out awning and LED pitch lights, with a rear large
access door to under bed storage, off side large storage cupboard located
adjacent to the under sofa storage locker. These are ideal as easy access
storage for your camping equipment and site prerequisites such as hoses and power
cables.
