The base vehicle is a Fiat Ducato van with a 2.8l engine which
has a fully documented service history. The V5 describes it as grey in colour but in reality it is a very nice blue-grey metallic finish.
On opening the nearside sliding door there is an electric
step to aid entry and a useful picnic table that folds out from the back of the
kitchen unit.
Both the cab seats swivel and are finished in beige half
leather trim which matches the lounge upholstery. A curtain pulls round infront of the dashboard
to provide privacy at night and there is also an external windscreen cover
included in the sale. The front cab windows also have wind deflectors fitted.
Two little folding tables are neatly fastened up and form separate
dining surfaces for each swivelled seat.
One of these tables reveals a small TV too! These tables also provide handy worktop
surfaces for food preparation.
Over the cab is a useful locker and behind the drivers’ seat
is a slimline floor to ceiling storage unit.
Beyond that is a good-sized wardrobe which also houses the electrics and

The fully appointed washroom with shower is next to the
wardrobe and there is a lovely mirror on the outside of this.
Opposite the washroom is a comprehensive kitchen with 4
burner gas hob and separate sink, oven below and plenty of locker space. The storage above has integral downlighters
and there are mains sockets to hand too.
At the rear is a fantastic half leather U-shaped lounge
which utilises the back rests to form a transverse double bed. A slim locker on the rear wall of the
washroom houses another TV and there are high level lockers all around. A removable table can be deployed here too to
make another dining area.
There is plenty of lighting and sockets throughout this palatial
campervan and a large Heiki roofvent over the rear lounge allows plenty of
light in. All the windows have integral
flyscreens and blinds too. Blown air
heating and hot water is provided by the gas or electric Truma unit. There are
2 leisure batteries providing 12v.
Outside there is an Omnistor wind out awning with an outside
light, external access to a good-sized rear locker, 2-bike rack and an external
filling point for the refillable Autogas bottles. The van is protected with a Thatcham alarm.
Also included in the sale will be and external windscreen cover,
all the crockery, pots and pans etc., an electric griddle and an electric
mini-oven which are both powered by 240v, a camping table and chairs, a plug-in
satnav and an electric hook-up cable.
